Hatred stirs up strife. But love covers all sins. Proverbs 10:12. It's not easy but it is possible. We can make the choice to love God enough, to love ourselves enough (and eventually the other party) to not seek our own venegance. We can choose to be kind in the face of insults. We can choose to end a matter by not keeping the argument going.
